  • RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage all aspects of applications support and process enhancements at the manufacturing site.
    • Partner with the business users and global applications team in streamlining and improving business process and related application systems
    • Work closely with the users and local site management in understanding their requirements and liaison with Global Applications teams to deliver the best fit solution while maintaining the integrity of existing applications
    • Actively participate in analysis, design, development, testing and deployment of new and improved business processes.
    • Challenge design to facilitate simplification, customer orientation, standardization and enterprise optimization rather than functional silos
    • Document and communicate changes throughout the user organization, supporting change management and compliance
  • REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems
    • 5+ years as an Oracle Analyst
    • Manufacturing environment with extensive experience implementing or supporting Oracle 11i or release 12-E business applications and related business processes
    • Experience in implementing and supporting E-business 11.5.5 10/Rel 12
    • Good knowledge if SQL is a must, exposure to PL-SQL is desirable
    • Excellent written verbal communications skills
    • Interface with a diverse groups of executives, managers and subject matter experts
    • Must have excellent functional knowledge of and hands-on experience in more than one functional area
    • Ability to work in a matrix environment and to use influencing skills to build consensus among disparate stakeholders
