    • Work on leading edge ACDC and DCDC power solutions targeting LED applications
    • Design, implement and test of high-switching frequency, high-power density, advanced ACDC and DCDC power convertor on LED lighting, computing and other consumer electronics applications
    • Write datasheets, technical articles and design tips, application notes, evaluation board design, custom support, FAE training based on the current IC and helping with bench verificationwith the next generation IC
    • Simulation of power electronics and control circuits to verify the design, concept and circuit
    • Bench validation and verification of ICs

    • MSEE; PhD EE
    • 3+ years experience
    • Strong knowledge of control algorithm derivation and implementation with the fundamental knowledge of power electronics circuit design by using compensation of loop OPAMPs, power MOSFETs, gate drivers etc.
    • Knowledge of electrical power engineering and industrial strengths of LED lighting power supply and driver, PFC, ACDC converter, DCDC converter
    • Strong knowledge of power electronic circuit design, understanding power component characteristics
    • Advanced mathematics, ability to extract the essential equations from a physical/electronic phenomenon and to model it with theoretical tools using PSpice/MatLab a must
    • Strong hands-on experience in high voltage power application, directly debug evaluation boards and capture experimental waveforms from bench test
    • Familiar with various power converter topologies and stabilization of the closed loop control systems
    • Provide technical support such as reference designs, write datasheets, give design guidelines and solving problems in customer applications
