Field Application Engineer locating in Seattle, WA; AWS Onsite & Remote from home Serve as west- coast regional FAE for 1st tier & 2nd tier customers with immediate responsibility for AWS & Microsoft accounts as local support besides supporting all other west coast customers such as Meta, Tesla, Cisco, Nvidia, Arista … in different regions as necessary.

Engage with key AC-DC & DC-DC power supply customers as on-site FAE support to do first level failure analysis.

Require power supply design experience, familiar with power factor correction (PFC) circuit, isolated D/D circuit, voltage and current control, analogy circuitry and basic digital control concept.

Proactively identify customer technical issues to determine correct solution selection, quality issues, etc.

Support to resolve field issues at customer sites, including first-level FA, FW and HW rework, etc.

Work with Asian engineering teams for NPI programs, facilitating technical communications, on-site testing and debugging.

Hands on technical experience in Hardware and firmware.

Require Hands-on testing, debugging capabilities.

Familiar with basic lab equipment, such as AC sources, DC sources, DC load, V-meters, oscilloscopes etc.

Experience doing simple SMD circuit rework.

Require good communications and good interpersonal characteristics. Mandarin-speaking is preferred, but not required.

Willing to learn.
